Cookie policy
The short version: nothing beyond the essentials runs until you say yes, your choice is remembered across our sites, and you can change it any time on this page.
Applies to growcentric.ai and app.growcentric.ai, operated by Keferboeck Ltd. Last updated 12 August 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work at all, for example to keep you signed in. Others help us understand how the site is used or whether our advertising works. Only the first kind runs without your consent.
How your choice works across our sites
GrowCentric runs on two addresses: the website at growcentric.ai and this app. When you accept cookies on either one, we store your consent for both, so you are not asked twice. When you decline, we remember that only on the site where you declined, and we also withdraw any earlier acceptance. The other site will ask you fresh. Declining is remembered for six months, accepting for twelve.
Essential cookies
These make the sites work and need no consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| gc_cookie_consent | Remembers your cookie choice for our sites. | 12 months, 6 if declined |
| _growcentric_session | Keeps you signed in during a visit and protects forms against cross site request forgery. Also stores your language choice. | Until the browser closes |
| remember_user_token | Set when you tick "Keep me signed in" so you stay logged in between visits. | About 2 weeks |
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help and which confuse. IP addresses are anonymized by Google Analytics by design. The cookies are _ga and _ga_*, each living up to 2 years.
We also use Fathom Analytics, which is cookieless and stores no personal data at all. It runs without consent because it has nothing to consent to: no cookies, no identifiers, no cross site tracking, servers in the EU.
Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
We advertise on Google, on Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and on LinkedIn. Google Ads sets _gcl_au (3 months) to measure conversions from ad clicks. The Meta Pixel sets _fbp (3 months) to distinguish browsers and _fbc (3 months, only after a click on a Meta ad) to store the ad click that brought you here. The LinkedIn Insight Tag sets li_fat_id (30 days) for conversion measurement and ad targeting. Google, Meta and LinkedIn may additionally set cookies on their own domains when their tags load; those follow the privacy policies of Google Ireland Ltd, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. We also send conversion events to these providers from our server, under the same consent rules: nothing is sent unless you accepted.
We use Google Consent Mode version 2. Until you consent, all Google tags are told that storage is denied and no marketing or analytics cookies are set.
Hosting and technical logs
Our sites are hosted on DigitalOcean in the European Union. Like every web server, ours writes technical logs that include IP addresses, used only for security and troubleshooting and deleted on rotation.
Managing cookies
You can change your decision here at any time. Clicking the button removes your stored choice and the banner will ask you again.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will keep the app from signing you in.
